question with settings

alright, I have the basic radio I believe 3.0. I had the common problem of no screen or frozen screen on the radio when I start my truck sometimes.. I had the dealer update that a few weeks ago but since that day I noticed another issue. I have my power off delay for all electronics in the evic set to 45 seconds which is still working, but before the update I could shut it off remove the key and get out and the radio would still play those 45 seconds as I get stuff outta the back. now the 45 seconds cancel out when the key is out and i open the driver door to get out.. hope that all made sense.. did the update clear the option of havin a full 45 seconds no matter what?? or was it an error from day one outta the truck to even be on like that? ive tried setting it to 0 seconds and back to 45 without it coming back...

Don't think it was supposed to do that but I bet you miss it. Reminds me of my 07 Jeep. When you removed the doors the power would stay on like this after removing the key. It was always hilarious to see people's reaction as you walked away from the blaring music.
