Yup, very easy to do at home. Start by spraying some penetrating oil on the adjustment bolts to loosen them up. Then just jack up the front end, and start cranking up the bolts. you'll probably need around 4 full turns to get it up to level. Once you've cranked them up, put the truck back down and roll it back and forth a few feet to get it to settle down and see where it's at. Once you've got it sitting how you want you'll want to get a front end alignment to get everything back into spec.
Shouldn't be any issues for plow clearance.
