Question!

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 stock height. I also have a 2011 ram 1500. i want to switch over my 1 inch wheel spacers (BORA) and my 35x12.5x20 tires. will these fit? i also use this truck for plowing.

The spacers will fit as long as the studs are long enough. The tires no. If it is a 4x4 you need to level it and it should fit with minimal rub. If it's a 2 wheel drive they won't fit even with a level.

The spacers will fit no problem. But yes, you will need to level it to fit the 35's. On a 2004 you can just crank up the torsion bars to get an additional 2" of front end lift.

do you think that is a easy at home project. i thinking that bar may be a pain in the ass to get back into place!

Yup, very easy to do at home. Start by spraying some penetrating oil on the adjustment bolts to loosen them up. Then just jack up the front end, and start cranking up the bolts. you'll probably need around 4 full turns to get it up to level. Once you've cranked them up, put the truck back down and roll it back and forth a few feet to get it to settle down and see where it's at. Once you've got it sitting how you want you'll want to get a front end alignment to get everything back into spec.

Shouldn't be any issues for plow clearance.

Nope, no need to buy anything.

I don't recall if the adjustment on a 2004 is on the front of the bar (at the lower control arm) or if it's at the back (on a cross member under the transmission). Either way, the adjustment will only be on one end.
