Ra 5.0 to 8.4 radio bezel

Upgrading from the 2013+ RA1 or RA2 to the factory 8.4" screen is easier than you think. OEM Auto Parts Co designed a replacement bezel to make the install a snap.
I hope this will help us all, a little pricey but it is what it is!

I thought the 3.0-5.0 upgrade to 8.4 was much more complicated than lacking a dash kit..

It was because of the climate controls. According to this site you can use your manual controls with the 8.4 and their bezel.

The 8.4 is cool. But I ain't putting that janky trim plate in my brand new truck.

That looks like absolute garbage. I'm interested in swapping a 3.0 to the 8.4 NAV to give off a better feel of my low end interior (NAV is a bonus), to complement my premium cluster and leather covers. But this bezel ruins the whole idea for me!

It's not a bad idea. The volume control can Forsure be upgraded. But if you have steering wheel controls and were desperate for the 8.4 I guess you have an option now.

If I did go this route, I would ask them about buying a panel without that cheap looking rocker switch.

I am pretty sure that is pre production. That looks like molded plastic which would have been used maybe to create a mold. It says made to match interior fit and finish. I think that is just giving everyone an idea of what it would look like.
