2007 ram 2500, Cummins 5.9, alfaobd scanner.
Running down the road pulling the trailer.
Ac is off. Engine rpm is about1900. Coolant temp is 236F.
Alfaobd showing fan rpm at 700 and desired radiator fan speed pwm at 0.00.
Begs the question.. Does 0.00 mean fully engaged fan or no engaged fan?
What is wrong, the controller or the clutch?
