Radio Locked Update Stuck

Hey guys, I've been getting a "schedule update" warning on my uconnect lately forcing me to pick a time to run the software update for the radio. I have set a time for it multiple times and the update has not happened, it just continually asks to schedule an update. It is a 2016 8.4 NAV radio, stock with the truck no changes.

I have tried soft booting the radio by holding down the volume and tune knob together but I still receive the schedule update warning. Does anyone know any solutions for this? Or should I give the dealership a call?

Sorry if this question has been posted before I haven't had much time to browse for answers.

Do you pay for your uconnect service?if so you can have the dealer do it for free because you pay for uconnect that's what I did. the update for your year truck is 18:45:01
