Radio Speaker Issues

I have a 2024 Ram 1500 with the 12 inch screen, speakers sound great, but its drops volume way down, sounds like it drops down to one speaker, this happens frequently, drops down like I am getting an alert from the nav, even when I am not using the nav. I have CarPlay wireless connected. Anyone having this issue ?

I got that occasionally when I received notifications from Facebook, Instagram or snapchat on my phone. I just turned them off and it stopped.

Same here, 2022 ram rebel. Did it work for you guys, I will definitely try it.

Apps sometimes will do things in the background and this can impact sound. Each phone is different depending on general settings as well as the permissions allowed when each app is downloaded. You can adjust settings so that they don't over walk another app in use. Also, try To Not Disturb to see if that helps.

Just curious if you have Alpine or HK system?
I think my 2024 sounds like crap compared to my 2014
