@DILLIGAF What do you think of the TTX UCA’s? Any issues?
Yeah, but you try to break stuff as an excuse to use that lift and tools !!! I wanted to see if you had a crate of busted ones before I bought a set! I just need something better than oem, it took 4 years, but one of the balljoints started pushing itself out.Havent busted yet, as you can see im pretty ruff on my stuff.. lol...
Just throwing this out there, but i'd gusset that back plate with the bolt hole Ian,as it looks a bit light for what you're wanting to do.I know your straps have a stretch factor, but once they hit the stretch limit, all the weight of the tire and suspension forces might be more then that 1/8" plate will want to handle with-out bending/flexingI got as far as I could today. Once the straps are in ill be able to mount them.
There's an industrial coating place in town. will see if they can throw these in their next batch .

That's not quite what i was referring to,but that's a good idea.I was more looking at the 1/8" plate on your bracket,it's a bit light duty, i'd run 2 gussets from the plate to the body of your bracket one on each side of the hole.Im drilling holes right thru the frame and welding in 1/2' ID 1/4 wall tubing
You nailed it Daniel, .I'm putor stupid, and don't know how to do that, but that's exactly what i was referring to
The top mounting point will be the first point to take the load, and will be the weak point if there is any weak pointsI'd probably put the gussets on the bottom instead of the top - if not both.
Nice looking fabrication job though - dayum!
