Personally even if it was a "Scat Pack" I couldn't get the heat gun and adhesive remover out fast enough. It LOOKS like SCAT to me. It's a good looking truck and that decal takes away from it. As far as exhaust tuning, they probably meant turning as in the tail pipe was crooked and needed to be straightened. Kind of like a dealer that sells a new truck without a window sticker?
