Just completed the spindle drop on my ‘23 4X4 using the 2wd drop spindles
As suggested by suppliers and other forum members everything fit and went back together fairly smoothly- minor trimming on the bottom of the dust shields to clearance the rotors/callipers and slightly tight brake hoses at full lock
Only real issue is the ride height- I’m sitting at 1.25max instead of 2”- truck is about 3.00-3.5” inches in the back- so it’s almost dead level- was hoping for a tiny bit of rake
Question is to members who have done this drop- did it settle a bit after it was driven?
Truck has 17000KM-10500 miles on it- I’m guessing the factory strut springs have already settled out?
Truck alignment looks real close (maybe 0 camber), so I have a bit of breathing room to make some changes before committing to having it aligned
