Ram Box will not open

My driver side Ram Box will not open.
I can manually lock and unlock it.
I can use the switches and fob.
Will not open.
Help...

I read a similar thread on one of the Ram forums about this happening. It was couple of years ago. I believe they ended up going to a locksmith to get into it, but don't remember for sure.

In order to open, the ramboxes must be double unlocked: manually and electronically as they are 2 separate lock systems. You can manually lock them and they stay locked even when unlocking with the fob.
