Been trying to get a reliable front camera to work for months now. Installed them, it’ll work for a while, then stop working, and so on and so on and so on.

Long story short, through the process the BLACK plastic grill insert with RAM on it that slides into the outer plastic grill has become victim of scratching, re painting, holes from the camera, etc...

Anyone know what part that is? Trynna get ball park pricing cuz if this goes bad again (trying new brand now), I’m tearing out the 3 days of hard meticulous work I did and buying new grill insert. Stupid Mopar. I’d have paid up to $500 for a professionally installed OEM front camera, but noooooo lets stay behind the competition. Rant over..

I’ll have to check his website tomorrow, thanks!

Thought about it but will have to drill a pretty large hole through the black plastic lower part of bumper to get cabling through. That’s been the problem or I would have done that to begin with but it’s been a combination of camera issues, harness issues they supplied, and now fuse tap issues, so about to throw in the towel all to together if it don’t last this go round. I have a damn zip tie and bolt holding the camera in place inside the grill looking tacky up front because the grill part actually snapped through that’s why I’m thinking about replacing it. Not to mention the scratches I had to correct to the actual blue truck color from this fiasco. All in all, FULLY regret taking on this task. Didn’t mind the problems it caused when it worked but now it’s been a massive headache and waste of time and issues I can’t just blink an eye to resolve [emoji25]
