Ram hk no bass

just purchased a 2019 laramie and it is great except for the horrible audio, my 2016 laramie with the alpine system was great and now I have a new truck with great features and a terrible sound system. What are people doing with the hk system ?? Thanks

There was a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) that appears to address concerns similar to the symptoms that you are having with your vehicle. To ensure this TSB applies, we would like to get you back into the dealer to have a qualified technician review the details of the TSB and specifics of your vehicle. I couldn't hardly get the bass low enough in my 19 Laramie w/HK system. Take it to the dealer and see if there's an update after you have adjusted the base in the audio system to max.
