Ram newbie from Ontario

Spent lots of time in the GM world and forums. Stepped into a Ram recently.

2017 ram SXT crew 4x4 3.6/8spd/3.21

Mods
-Added OEM tow hooks using dodge Dakota trailer hitch mounts
-bakflip MX4
-bull rings in all stake pockets
-class IV hitch
-265/70/17 grabber AT2

Plan is to build a practical an efficient a daily driver that does truck stuff. I commute 600km/wk (380mi).

Future mods
-apply car play deck (in progress)
-4.11 gears w/diff lock (are there even 4.11 available for the front diff???)

I love it, other than the fact the first one had to be replaced under warranty due to bad seals.

It freezes shut too, but I can get my ATV in the 5’7” bed with it flipped up, that was my biggest concern.

I love it, except the 3.21. As soon as I got rid of the OEM tires for AT tires (stock size and load range) it uses 8th gear much less. I love it enough I want to gear it to 4.10
