Help!! I went to open my rambox this morning and low and behold neither side would open. Tried the key on both sides, won't turn the lock. How the heck do I get into the boxes. When using the fob I can here the actuator working, but still can't get in.

What's the temperature outside? Too cold and you might want to take a hairdryer to the locks... otherwise unfortunately it's going to be a trip to the dealership if you wound up breaking the locks :/

Pour a little menthol hydrate in the lock, if you don't have any, a bit of windshield washer fluid. Leave it for a minute abs then insert key and gently rock it back and forth, it should break free of the ice, once unlocked, shoot a bit of fluid film in the lock abs work it with the key. This will displace moisture and prevent refreezing

Had a locksmith turn me on to Houdini. Ordered it off Amazon. Works amazingly and smells like oranges. Not sure if it'll help with something froze but it won't happen again after treating. Freed up my sons 02 avalanche locks
