Rams newest uconnect update broke my nav. system

Its a .zip file, so once it downloads, youll need to open the zip file and save the files inside it onto your flash drive. Do not save to zip files to uour flash drive. Only the files inside the zip file. There should be 2 files. Swdl.iso and swdl.upd

Same instructions for the 2016 ra3 update.

Thank You very much! My 2016 RAM 1500 was an RA3 at version 15.41.xx and would not recognize the files of the 18.45.01 update on my USB. My truck took the 17.43.01 without a hiccup, and the 18.45.01 worked on the first try after that.

Note: for those of you unsure how to identify Ra3 or 4, look at the file name of the download given to you by entering your VIN on uconnect. The 18.45.01 update will be labeled VP3 for Ra3 systems and VP4 for Ra4 systems. This will help you pick the RA version to download above.

Thank You Ken! this worked like a charm! So glad I found this thread, I Have been stuck with 15.26.1 for so long in my 2014 Ram 1500 . My dealership was absolutely no help, they looked at me like I was from Mars when I even mentioned an update to my truck. Was a long process doing both updates, but it makes sense doing it that way. Thanks again, it worked perfectly!
