I know, I know... Everyone's pro Bilstein... And there's nothing wrong with that. The Ranchos just appealed more to me. 90 minutes start to finish with only hand tools so it's very easy. I could find very few photos of 4th Gens with these so I thought I'd contribute just in case it helps someone else. Tires are 275/65R20 Cooper STT Pro's. Nothing done to the rear and no wheel spacers. Ride has been great so far on #7 setting.

Thanks... It's definitely grown on me. Once spring gets here I'll paint that topper and be much happier with the looks.

Does it stay level from side to side? I’ve heard Rancho’s don’t settle evenly (driver be lower than passenger)

I had quick lifts on this truck a while back for almost a year. Only reason I swapped them was I was trying to get rid of a high speed vibe and swapped them for Bilsteins out of desperation . Rancho's gave me 2 1/8" lift on both sides . I had the 9000's on the back rode fine . Just more money thrown away sold all four for a couple hundred and still had the vibe or should I say still "have" the vibe

No issues with uneven settling after 4 months. I'm pretty sure everyone jumps on the Bilstein bandwagon because they are cheaper so more people use them. Herd mentality to an extent IMO but I understand wanting the adjustability. I never measured before or after cause I really don't care. After researching I knew these would lift the front effectively and leave a small rake which is exactly what I wanted. If I had bils they would be set at 2.1 No regerts here! ;)

Thanks JohnnyMac! Drove around with the blue topper for 2 years but I'm so much happier now that it's painted. I noticed I'm actually up on the raised lip of the curb with the front wheel a bit which compressed the suspension slightly, so there's actually less rake than that photo shows.

4x4's always looking to go off road huh? Even if it means just climbing a curb. Where in AK are you?

Yah, I'm in Wasilla, but I actually just accepted an offer this week on the house, so if everything goes through, we're thinking about heading South to Wa state.

I had these on the front of my Ram. I loved the way they rode. Stock I would bounce going over bridges/over passes at 65mph and it didn't feel safe. Put the Rancho's on and set them to 9 and I could drive the same road going 80mph and it was controlled and smooth.
They dont provide as much lift as the Bilstein. But the ride is way better being adjustable.
If anyone is in California message me. I have a pair of these sitting in my garage!
