Rattle and Click

16 Ram 5.7L, has an audible click when cold started. Disappearing when motor warms up. Thoughts?

16 Ram 5.7L, I can hear an audible rattle (like washers rolling around in a Mason jar) when I accelerate. Thoughts?

Both issues are fairly new...

Research hemi tick, that is what it is called. But, the rattle is an issue, hopefully it is something loose on the outside of the engine.

Two causes of hemi tick, are lifters or exhaust bolts. First rule out exhaust bolts, sounds like it is possible with your symptoms. Check all of the exhaust manifold bolts. If you get warm idle tick, that is lifters, let us know if this happens. After your next trip when you get home let it warm idle for a minute and let us know of it ticks. If you can take a recording from under the engine and upload it at warm idle.
