Rattle between engine and trans w/video

My 00 1500 with a freshly rebuilt magnum 360 has a strange rattle between the engine and trans. Only seems to do it when warmed up. Sounds louder near the trans area but not sure. Couldn't hear anything at all with a stethoscope so I'm confused. Maybe flexplate bolts are loose? It also has a tick noise when revved below 2k rpm. Maybe related to this noise? Here is a video.
