Hey guys, just bought a brand new set of RBP steps from someone on Offer Up, (he bought them for a 2010 RAM). My question is, is everything the same step wise for the 2010 RAMs and the 14 RAMs? Because I took it to a shop nearby and they said I have a different hardware, but instructions says a hole needs to be drilled, so I'm thinking they just didn't want to bother..

As far as I know my friend removed the factory Mopar side steps from his 2010 and bolted them on his 2015 without any issues. Sport to Sport.

Seriously? 700 bucks for steps? You can get the retractable ones for around $1000.

Maybe, like here in Alaska, retractable steps are a less-than-ideal option for him, (they freeze and get jammed up by mud, such, snow, ice, etc...

I have RBP steps and paid nowhere near $700. Great product. 3 years in Alaska and they look like new.

Exactly what I thought, no way they differ, they just thought it was plug and play I bet!

Eh? Actually I paid $300, brand new in the box. The kid ordered a set and a month later he just received another one. lol

I'm in Houston, TX.. I actually saw a set of retractables yesterday in a Ford and they were pretty cool, but for $1k + ... mmm.
