which is better for the truck the coil spacers or strut extensions? rough country has the coil spacer and a strut extension kit with blocks for the rear would anyone recommend the strut extension with the blocks? does it end up basically being a 1 in lift kit raising the rear as well? will it still sit with the front a bit lower?
