As it sitts it is for the passanger side but I will be trying it on different sides of the vehicle to see how the sound changes.

Not yet, my wife and I just had our wedding so that has been eating up most of my time and work is pretty busy with end of fiscal year for the government so can't even take leave to start my build. I would like to try and deaden next weekend but thats looking super busy also.

Yeah and really I am only running the Fox box to see what it sounds like for guys that don't want to build their own box for reg cab. In the end I will be building a sealed box cause I know I love the sound of them.

Thanks guys for the congrats :D

Well got it my stereo finished and man what a huge difference it is in there.

Sound deadening was Stinger Roadkill and wish I had bought more of the stuff because I still need to do the roof. The door mirrors went from shaking with the stock stereo to I have to turn it way up to get them to even vibrate a little.

Wiring was all KnuKoncepts and hands down best wire I have ever worked with for the price. Flexable is an understatement with this stuff.
Speakers are Soundqubed pro audio super tweets and 6.5in mid range and OMG these things get so loud off of the little power that I have them on while everything is braking in. The sound is amazing, its like there is a concert in my truck and I have a front row seat.

The subwoofer is a Skar Audio 10" VVXv1 and couldn't be happier with it. It keeps up to double pedal drum beats in rock and can get low with R&B.
The FoxBox now I will say if you aren't into building your own box this is a good option. I would recommend rounding out the ports on it to get rid of some chuffing that happens when volume is turned up. It seems to like notes in the 40hz range and really I just don't wanna do the math to see what it is actually tuned at lol. Another thing is if you have the middle seat belt you will have to widen the spot thats cut out for it or leave it and seats just have to be adjusted an inch forward.

Ampliferiers are Skar Audio SK800.1 and 85.4. and wow did a couple of 3hr drives to help brake in and they didn't even get warm to the touch. I do have them turned down but I think its one of the few that I've owned that have been wired down to 2ohms and not even warm.

Now for my favorite part: The Pioneer DEH 80PRS OMG for under 300 bucks I don't think you can get anything out there that has this much tuning ability and features and still sound so damn good. So far I've gotten to play around with the tuning abilities and time alignment and I gotta say the auto settings can get them way closer to concert level sounds than I can for sure. I couldn't tune out the harsh highs I was getting off the front window but then ran the auto eq and bam they have just completely disappered. I can't say enough good things about this deck and would recommend it to anyone that needs a little SQ in their life.

Now for the thing I hate the most out of the entire install. The Metra dash kit has to be the ugliest worst fitting kit I have ever put in a vehicle in my entire life. If anyone knows of other kits I will go and buy them put them in just to get rid of this peice of s***.

Now I haven't had time to get pictures up and to be honest I was pretty caught up in the project and only took a handful but they will be up later today. Please post up any questions comments or conerns. I feel like I am leaving something out but will keep updating this thread.

Lol thanks didn't even think about the spacing how it would look on here. Box is behind passanger seat as it sounded pretty darn good there.

Well just a little update on my build. My buddy has convinced me to sell him my Skar SK85.4 for his toyota tacoma so I now have on order a Skar SK125.4 and pretty sure that little amp is going to blow the doors off my truck lol. I will throw some pics up when I get them.

All else being equal you'll need to double amplifier power to see a 3bd increase. With your high efficiency drivers I bet it was already loud but I wouldn't expect a massive increase.
