RCX 6" lift DONE on 2013 sport!

Hello, everyone this past weekend two friends and I knocked out the install of the Rough Country 6" lift. I also installed the kicker bars for more support as well. It took us approximatley 15 hours from start to finish, the bearings were stuck in the old knuckles which added more time. Everything else went good, except for the inner boots on the half shafts. At some point they got dinged and they are temp fixed for now to stop leaking.

I am currently waiting for my vinyl skins to arrive so I can wrap my fender flares.
Although I am debating on just plasti dipping them white and applying the graphics elsewhere.

Looks good. Those bearings are ridiculous. I ended ruining one of my bearings trying to get it out of the knuckle. Aluminum and steel don't mix

What kind of gears you have on the truck? Do the 37's kill your mileage/power?

Did you do shocks as well? I will be doing my lift on sunday and am indifferent about buying shocks, rough country has assured me that they corrected the leveling issue with the kit. If not how is the rake?

1/4" spacers for stock 20's, bought from Rough Country.

My truck came with 3.92's. I have not noticed much of a power loss, I had to accelerate hard today merging into traffic and I was more than happy with the acceleration.
As for MPG... about 2 mpg loss. I have never been heavy footed and with my normal habits I am seeing about 2 mpg loss. Maybe lighter acceleration would help improve my mpg.

For the shocks, I used the supplied RC 2.2 shocks for the rear. In the front I used the stock set up. Although you must disassemble the shock from the spring to install a 2" spacer. Then after its put back together, you then add the 4" extension on top of the unit. The ride is very pleasant! I am more than happy with the complete install and I am more than impressed with the whole kit and the ride of my truck.
The only small thing is road noise from the 37" Nitto's beating up the pavement. But, that is only noticed between songs...when there's no music.

As for my boot tear, I reinjected grease and chaff taped the boot. I will replace the half shaft when it needs to be replaced. I was told that right now its still good and there no real need to change it now, so I am running with it.
