Took out the 1211 and but the stock coils back in tonight. Took 45 minutes. The truck is nicer on the highway with the stock coils but the 1211 were never 1 ton rough. With the axle fully lowered, before removing the lower shock bolt, the 1211 could float around with about 1/4" movement. Needed to pry the stock coils in with a small bar.

As I recall, the 1211 are 1mm thicker than the stock coils. 16 3/4" vs 18 1/4" long. Approximately 7 1/4" fender to tire gap with either spring unloaded.

Never been a fan of how the truck sits or rides with the quad in the back.
Bought some 1 1/2" spacers off Amazon a bit ago... Finally nice enough to put them in with the 1211's.
Stock springs have the truck at 4 1/2" bumpstop clearance.
1211 with the spacers gives about 5 1/4" bumpstop clearance.

hmmm that depends on if i can find someone to machine old hockey pucks i have lying around

Use a hole saw and cut a hole 1 1/2” in 2 pucks. Use some old drywall screws and attach the puck timbit to the donut puck sticking out halfway, top hat fashion. If you don’t have drywall screws, take a few screws out of your neighbours deck…. I’m sure he won’t mind.
