Rear dome light replacement bulbs??

Hey guys,
I am in the process of switching my factory interior LED bulbs to aftermarket ones. I got the front map lights done and thought I was getting ready to do the rear dome light. Apparently, there are 2 different bulbs for it. I ordered these from Amazon but when I removed the light there’s no where for these to go - it’s just a small LED panel. Do I need to get another LED panel like Boostedram did and install that way or is there another way of doing

I had the same thing - the factory dome with rear LED - once I replaced the map bulbs in the front, I thought 'hmmm' -

What I did was buy the 'normal' halogen rear dome panel (I forget the part number but its probably the same one for a Tradesman), which just has a regular festoon bulb, and then I replaced with a white LED festoon panel replacement - the housing is 'cleaner' looking on the LED version from the factory, but I didn't want to mess with buying panels, gluing them down and soldering wiring in etc -
