Recently put Bilstein 5100s up front set at 2.1" (6th circ) with my fenders now measuring 39" from the ground. Didn't take a measurement from the wheel

The rear is measuring 38" and 38 1/2" - the higher side has some weight in the bed too

I m making an appointment for an alignment but assuming I'll need a 1" boost in the back to level this out

Would rear Bils be a good option? I m not looking to spend a lot. Considering 1" pucks too

Wouldn't mind trying to get 35s on it but read a lot of conflicting info regarding if they'll fit and what specs

If you want it level, get 1” rear coil spacers and the 0-1” lift 5100s. If you haul or tow much at all I’d do at least a 1.5 if not 2 inch spacer. 2” would probably be pushing it with those 5100s though, you could contact bilstein and see if they have any compatible slightly longer 5100s. I’d reccomend a freedom offroad adjustable track bar too, and if you go with 1.5 or 2” you might want extended sway links.

Do I require both or would the 5100s give me a 1" lift? I don't do any towing

The rear shocks alone won’t give you any lift, no. They’re just a little longer extension to accommodate a small lift if you so choose.

When you look at the 5100's saying 0-1" of lift that means it is suitable to use for 0-1" of lift. They will not lift the truck alone. You will want 1" taller coil springs and taller shocks so they dont get over extended.

If you interested send me a message and we can make sure you get a proper setup to do what you want/need it to

No need to spend the money on coils unless you have any complaints about the stock ones. Spacers are will do the job.
