Rear seat torque specs

I’m replacing the cab vents. For those that have done it, do you guys/gals just tighten bolts as much as possible or actually torque them to spec? What are the torque specs? And is it necessary to use any loctite? Blue or red?

Aren't they just clips/friction fit?

Sorry, I should’ve been more specific. I meant the bolts to the seats.
Lol, I should have drank more coffee before answering! I just made them tight. I used a breaker bar to get them off though. It's probably been at least 5 years since last I had them out with no issues.
