I know that these rebuilt Titles are from vehicles previously salvaged from a total loss of insurance. But how does a vehicle with a rebuilt title affect insurance coverage and financing?
I found a 2017 ram 1500 bighorn with a rebuilt Title and they are asking $18k. It has 99k miles though and they said it was totaled do to someone side swiping the truck and the driver side doors and bed quarter panel needed to be repaired and painted. Looking at the bed I can tell it was repaired but only because I was looking for it after they told me the doors looked to be replaced. And they stated there was no frame damage or front end collision. The truck drove amazing as well and was a super smooth ride.
I just don't know If a rebuilt title is something worth it or too much a hassle and if that's a good price on it.
