Recommended Door Sills?

I was looking at these mostly because it's a 4-piece set and a lower price for my 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 Crew Cab:

For the Dodge Rams do you need to remove any door sills are are these options ones that go over what's already there?

Yeah these just go right over the plastic.

They have little tabs you bend over to keep them in place!
