I have a2008 Ram with the REF Radio, recently I started having issues tuning the satellite section (AM and FM work fine) when ever I turn the tuning knob the display jumps all over the place. Presets work fine. A radio shop said that the antenna is bad, but that does not make any sense to me. recently I saw a post (not here) that said the the sat tuner is separate and behind the glove box. Is it possible that I have a bad sat tuner? What is it called and where can I get one? Any help will be appreciated.
