The Superlift website claims that their 4 inch lift is not recommended for regular cab short bed trucks due to drive line vibration. Does anyone have a reg cab short bed with a 4 or 6 inch lift and if so do you have drive line vibrations or any other issues? Thanks.

You can lift anything if you have a commitment to do so. Sometimes it will require serious modding, but there are ways to get rid of any vibrations. However, the 2.8 level from bilstein is a dirty cheap and very popular option. Maybe cost you a little more and you may need other parts then just the shocks.

If you get a driveline vibration the best thing to do with a single cab is to go have a CV joint put in the driveshaft at the transfer case. Since we don't have leaf springs in the back it makes it tough to raise the pinion angle to put it back to stockish angles before the arms bind.
Single cab trucks are hard because the short length amplifies the angle change compared to a longer truck.
A driveshaft shop should be able to add a CV for $3-500, way cheaper than a set of adjustable rear arms. Then you'll be smooth as silk...
