remote comfort start

My 2012 ram 1500 has the remote comfort start feature enabled-When you remote start the truck the heated seat and wheel only come on like 1 in 10 times.Ideas??Thanks

Is the temperature sensor reading the outside temp correctly? It only turns on the heaters if ambient temperature is below about 40f out.

Above 40 degrees and it will not come on

You nailed it-temp is reading correct,I wasn't aware it only came on in certain temps!Thanks alot!
