Remote start transfer?

I bought a 2015 ram 1500 eco diesel with remote start(not sure if it's factory or not)with a blown engine. And I bought a 2018 ram 1500 eco diesel to swap engines. I was wondering if it was possible to swap the remote start system into the engine

The remote start has less to do with the engine itself and more to do with the electronics. An engine swap should not delete the remote start option.

Well the 2018 has a Laramie interior that I was planning on swapping, and I was thinking of swapping the cluster guuage too because I don't plan on selling on the truck, which means I would have to swap the computers too

As far as I'm aware, you'll have all the hardware needed and it should be a matter of poking buttons in alfaobd.

No need to swap computers to toss in the 7” cluster. Plug and play depending on the year. If you don’t have power seats, that will be a task installing the the power ones if you’d want to utilize that option.

The 2015 uses a separate remote start module where as the 2018 has it built into the RF Hub.
@oscar10 a word of advice about the trucks electronics, 2015 is an odd ball year as there are a bunch of modules that are unique to just '15 model year.
The dash EVIC should swap. The ECM is VIN matched to the truck and you should also update the injector codes. If memory sery me correctly the '15 doesn't have a DEF quality sensor but the '18 does so swapping the ECM would require to have an aftermarket tune.

You'll want to deal with EcoDiesel Owners of Canada for delete parts and tuning. Their ECM tunes are by Mr Tune, people like his work.
If someone tells you to use SFT or Reckless for EcoDiesel tuning, run as fast as you can away as both companies have screwed over many customers
