replacement brackets for multi function tailgate

Hello all! im looking to get a hard cover like a Bakflip or something similar for my bed but seams like the stock brackets on my bed have to be replaced cause i have the multi function tailgate. any info or advice would be much appreciated.

Unsure, I have only tried the Bakflip. To work, you would have to make additional modifications to either the brackets or the side rails of the cover.
