How much is it if i go to the dealer and what are my options for something cheaper?

I am working on getting extra fobs for my 2013 2500...gonna cost me about $150 per key from a dealer. Doing some online searching and shopping...finding OEM fobs (with the RAM logo) for about $80, and can just get the programming done for about $30-$40 per key...so potentially saving $30-$40 per key not getting the key from the dealer. Be careful though...my first attempt was using some aftermarket fobs for about $20 each, but neither one worked.
