Replacement Side View Mirror search

So coming down my extremely narrow driveway, I caught the corner of my driver's side mirror on my electrical meters. The mirror still works correctly but the black plastic around the mirror and the end of the painted portion both cracked off. I currently have red and black duct tape cluttering the respective areas to keep water and snow out but it's driving me insane. Body shop quoted me $760 for the part.

I have not had much luck finding a replacement so I thought I would crowd source this to a group of people that have owned these vehicles longer than I.

It's a 2017 Ram 1500 Night Edition in Flame Red. Therefore the driver side mirror is power folding, heated, and auto dimming, with the puddle lamps. Yes the auto dimming is a big deal for me so I'm not really interested in a mirror that doesn't have all the features. I'd rather pay the OEM price if that's the only way I can get one that has everything.

Not expecting to find one that's already in red, but it's needs to be paint-able.

Please, any help here would be fantastic.

Did you ever have any luck on this? I had something similar happen to me. Was backing into my garage (narrow fit) and the back left tire slipped and drove my left side mirror into the garage railing. It cracked the plastic molding on the arm. Everything still works fine, I put black gorilla tape over it and your can't really tell unless you get close but I've been going crazy trying to find a replacement option that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Not successfully no. I've been searching the Facebook marketplace, haven't had any luck. Saw one in there but it was gone quickly. At this point I'm willing to take the non painted black plastic ones, but I'm afraid that I won't get one with the electrochromatic drivers mirror which I'm not really willing to compromise on. I've seen several basic mirrors though.

Yea, I've been looking all over social media marketplaces and eBay with no luck either. I'm tempted to just go to the local dealer and see if they can cut me a deal on something used. It's either that or just buy a set of those 1a auto tow mirrors (set is cheaper than a single, new OEM replacement). I'd lose the auto-dimming feature but it's not as big of a deal-breaker for me.
