replacing antenna from base

can someone please help iam new to the forum so still trying to figure this out well here it is dose anyone know how to install a antenna from the base or know a link

What exactly do ya mean? The actual antenna just screws in to the part on the fender.

my son pull it down and broke it off from the screw so I purchased a new unit

Ah, so you need to reinstall the complete cable? Or were you able to get the screw base out of the antenna holder?
