Restore worn seat cushion

So I know there are some great replacement seat leather, but I am wondering if anyone has a method to restore the bolsters on the side of the butt portion of the seat? We all know how on the door side as you get up in the truck, that bolster takes a beating. Well in my truck its at a point where I have support on one side, and nothing on the other, so the seat feels uneven.
How can I bring that bolster back up so its even with the other side?

Easier to replace the foam. I Beleive it's around 60 bux for the butt foam. Not sure on back section

Is that something that is DIY-able, or would I have to take it in to a shop?

It's DIY just need a set of hogring pliers I Beleive. The rest is just clipped in with plastic strips. YouTube have anything?

Check The Seat Shop on youtube, pretty sure they have a video on both the cover and the foam installation. I think the foam is $150.
