Revolver x4

I just bought the Bak Revolver X4 for my 2015 1500 Big Horn 6’4 bed. I got everything installed and when I tried to align the cover it didn’t seem “wide” as one side would lock and the other side would semi lock and I could push open from the inside. I called Bak, gave them measurements and pictures. They sent me a new cover and low and behold I am having the same issue with this cover too. I am going to call them again tomorrow but any suggestions would be appreciated.
