Alright here is the deal, i am planning a 4000 mile road trip in he ram and trying to justify some stuff parts to improve gas milage. Currently have 22's on the truck and wondering what your guys thoughts are on finding a used set of 17's with tires fore the trip. On Craigslist i am finding them from 600-800 depending on quality of tire. right now i am getting around 14 MPG 50/50 city hwy.Straight hwy the way the truck is now i think i would pull around 16-17. you guys think the swap to 17 would be justified for the trip? Also keeping in mind that in the future these 17's would be used for some track tires possibly....

Also looking for a suggestion on a bed cover. Not a huge fan of the full shell, but rather just the trifold covers. Any suggestions on these?

Thanks for the help guys
