Rough idle

my 2009 5.7 runs great and never gives me problems. except for when i am at idle it runs funny. whenever the truck is running and i am not accelerating it shakes (almost like a shiver) this happens when it is cold and hot. any of you guys know what it could be or ran into this problem yourself? i was thinking it could be injectors or coil packs? appreciate the help.

dirty throttle body or your spark plugs are due for a change.

My buddies hemi does this, has 100k miles. It has the original spark plugs in it. I would say pull the intake and clean off the TB. and change all 16 plugs? depending on milage

My truck does this also. (2012 w/~50kmiles)
I changed my plugs about 10k miles ago, which helped a little, but it is still definitely present. Girlfriend can't feel anything...So I just let it be.....

yeah girlfriend says she doesn't feel it either, just got over 100k and has original plugs so maybe ill do that. thanks for the help.
