This started a couple of weeks ago. When the truck starts the idle fluctuates. When I push the throttle down it will only go to about 1500 rpm. I suspected it was the tps. I got what I thought was the right tps. Had everything removed and my neighbor came over. I realized it was internal to the throttle boy. I put it together real quick to show him what was wrong. It started up and ran fine for 4 days. The only thing I had done was move the butterfly in the throttle body. So it happened a couple more times and moving the butterfly fixed it til the other day. When it gave out I thought for sure it was the throttle body. Replaced it and same problem. This time it gave me codes. They are p0642 p0335 and p2122. Any ideas?

You'd probably be better off posting this in the 3rd or 4th gen thread. I'm sure one of the mods can relocate this for you.

p0642: Voltage 1 Circuit Low
Possible causes
- ECM Short circuit condition
- Shorted sensor on 5 volt circuit
- Failed ECM

p0335: crankshaft position sensor

p2122: pedal position sensor/accelerator pedal assembly

might try and google these and see what fixes there are
