Rubbing noise in 2016 dodge ram 1500 steering wheel

I am currently experiencing a rubbing noise in my ram.. I took it to the dealer as it is still under warranty and they replaced the clock spring cable. The noise was gone for a short period of time, maybe a month max. I took the truck back to the dealer for the second time and they replaced "the stearing wheel shroud". I picked the truck back up today and the noise is still there!! It is very faint but if history repeats itself then it will become worse with time. This issue is driving me crazy, I love everything about this truck, except this one thing! Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution??
