It doesn’t appear to have reached any cords , put it on the rear end just in case it let’s go. I would drive with it.

EDITED as long as cords are not showing that is fine. offroad in the rocks and you get worse than that. edit if it has a hole it is done as no one will patch side wall punctures. I did not see that when I first responded.

Typically, if the puncture is within an inch of the sidewall any reputable shop won't touch it. To difficult to make the patch hold with the excessive flex in that area of the tire.

If something went through in full that tire is prob done. If it was a just a little gash from a Rock and the thing is not leaking then it should be ok. Take the tire to your local tire shop and they can check it out for you.

From Discount Tire/Tires America, Liability scares them off mostly. This is why I pay the $35 for the catch-all warranty. Then another $35 on the replacement tire.

Well through a mix up, the shop initially installed them anyways. No repair. It was a slow leak. Long story short, it is as follows, I have two brand new LT275/65/20 E rated on the front, two old P275/60/20 on the rear until I get paid again. :/

Where this was, it'd be more a risk of the patch not holding up and the hole leaking again, less of a blow out risk in my opinion. But this gives me an excuse with the wife to get all new tires. Last piece of the puzzle is on back order with Bilstein. 6112's for the front end.
