Saved Messages?

Going through the dash menu on my 2016 Ecodiesel there's one spot that tells me I have no messages. My Challenger did the same thing My question is what messages? I've not found a way to place a message there in either vehicle I've had with the option

Yup.. bulb out is the only I have seen.

I had one regarding the TPMS system when I was running the spare. Went away after I got the flat repaired and ran it a mile or so.
