Not talking about the real scan tools as I am no mechanic But may get a low budget real one later !
I am asking about those 20$ + cube ones .

Any of you ever use one of those little scan cubes ( about 20$ ) that read off your I Phone ?

My son just got one for his Honda and said a bad plug and possible a couple other things ! Well it was correct on the plug ! :) So his works , not sure the brand !

I just orders the FIXD model 20$ and seems to have good reviews. https://www.fixd.com/

ANY of you use the brand ?

How do you like it ?

What Brand do you have ?

Do you like it ?

Thanks

Any low budget Scan tools you like ? 50/75$ range ?

Basically just to read codes before it gets dropped off at garage , to keep them honest lol
if I do not use my regular guy ! :)

I know that you mentioned less costly,

this one is under $100
Many people seem to like the

Bluedriver Bluetooth Pro Obdii Scan Tool for iPhone & Android

https://www.bluedriver.com/products/bluedriver-scan-tool

I like those Thanks. $100.00 is fine by me so not a deal breaker lol.. as long as they are idiot proof I'm good lol

I just want to know whats up when a light goes on and maybe some onboard diagnostics . You showed me some nice choices
