Agree with Nick. I'm a proud Adams supporter. I've tried the Liquid Paint Sealant and their Machine super sealant with great results. I personally prefer the Quick Sealant (currently out of stock tho).

Just finished claying and sealing the truck (3 weeks old). I must say having never done this before the result is amazing...smooth as glass.

Also I now know where all the manufacturing/paint defects are!

Paint correcting will certainly open your eyes to all your vehicles little "imperfections"...i know the feeling....I use Wolfgang 3.0 Sealant with great results....

Paint correction with anything less than a DA will be a LOT of work.

As far as messing up the paint--- that's very hard to do by hand with nearly any easily available products today.

On a new vehicle (brand new or new to me), I wash really well w/Dawn solution, dry, clay bar, then- depending in paint condition at that point, either Maguires Ultimate Compound (needs medium correction) or Ultimate Polish (very minor imperfections), followed by 30% Isopropyl Alcohol wipedown (to remove carrier oils from above products), and top with FK1000. All are pretty easy to use. The FK will last about a year if applied well (which means use very little product).

I totally agree with everybody here. I just clayed mine and holy crap it is like glass totally. I was thunking it is brand new do not need to clay it is smooth already. U makes the world of difference I did my paint mirrors windows and headlight covers and it looks like glass every where I did it at my mirrors and windows are very extremely clean recommend this to everyone. I used meguiars clay kit used almost the whole bottle of quik derailer but I used way to much I think but this is the first time I ever used the clay. I found out ways and what to use to detail in here so thanks to all
