I have a reg cab and I see on some there’s a seat belt mounted on the rear panel behind the seat. What’s that for? And where does it go?? And what the hell is it used for??
Mine is missing and it’s bugging me. The hole is there in the panel but no seat belt. So it must have been there when new but I got this truck used

Please help me figure this out

Are you talking about the one in the middle? If so, you connect it to the tether on the middle seat if you use it to buckle that person in. After tethering, if you want to undo it, just push the red button on the bottom of the tether to release it

Also, that's for the bench seat. If you have the console and buckets, that might be why its missing completely if it is.

Yes I have the console and there’s no tether for it to plug into. No bench seat. No back seat. I find it odd because I’ve seen others with the same setup I have that have it

I had the console in my Ram R/T but installed the center jumpseat in the middle. Right now i'm using a lap belt for the middle but I recently got a seatbelt to install in the spot on the back wall where other trucks had this stock. Only thing I'm trying to figure out is where to secure the seatbelt to the floor somewhere. Cant figure it out yet. I
