I have the factory Leather split front bench in my '02 1500. Would that fit in my '18 2500 RC?

If I had both at home I could probably figure it out but my '02 is still sitting at the dealer and my '18 is still a week out from delivery(bought an '18 leftover).

Not 100% sure but I have seen 3rd gens using 4th gen interiors before so it possible but I think you might need to make some new brackets for the seats.

Yeah just a thought bubble.
Figured it might work with swapping the brackets or something.

Question is, why? One, that would be a downgrade, two you'd have fun with your airbag system as newer vehicles have airbags in the seats and vastly different multistage systems (including seat sensor) than the simple single stage in your 02. Also, from my personal experience, the 4th gen seats are SO much more comfortable.
