security gateway, advice

Parts Dept inadvertently put a module with Security Gateway onto a 16 Ram 2500 6.4L that does NOT have SG and now being told all modules must be replaced. Is there any help for this, in obtaining part, Security Gateway was not clarified in order to determine correct part. Does every module now need replaced to correct this?

I hate to be that guy, but if 'parts department' made the booboo, why are you the one trying to fix it ?

its my store lol. Techs have tons of experience, but this one caught us. We are trying to get truck up and running for customer.
