Service Manual

I don't know what the deal is with, both, my "smart" phone and Chrome Book, but they've done it to me in the past, and just got me again by deleting important files, folders and pictures I use and need,
and in place, if anything at all, is jarbed up, no sense making, garbage that I haven't a clue what to make of or where it came from.
Needless to say, I am Torqued! Because amongst this violation for the 3rd time was my Complete Factory Service Manual for my 2005 Dodge Ram SRT 10 Viper Truck! I believe I aquired the download link from a senior member, but it eludes me because it has been some time before they got me this time around. My guard was down, and I had just used my Service Manual not but a few weeks ago. Now I need it again, and both chrome book and phone for file search....No File Found! or
Folder Empty!
So please, if I can implore some help with this matter, I would greatly appreciate it...

Don't know if I could help find your missing files but are you using an app like ASTRO File Explorer to search and find the files?
In the future, for any files you want to save and be able to access from wherever save them in Google Drive

Thanks crash68, I believe I did save my service manual on Google drive on my chrome book. In fact I am sure of it because I had multiple files saved titled service manual 05 SRT 10, and I couldn't open any of them because the format was not supported. So I saved it as a zip file, compress file....
All to no avail, I'm just no good with computers, I suck at it, a lot of times it sure feels like it's working against me giving me the exact opposite of what I request. Every bit of information I don't need, and none of what I do. But all I can do is keep at it regardless...

If an 02 Ram is part of the 3rd gen line up why can't I find any manuals for the 02 ? Everything I found starts at 03 and when I go to the Dodge ram body builders site it only lets me go back to 04, am I doing something wrong or looking in the wrong place ?
